For 101 weeks the Craigleith Heritage Depot will post historical stories of the little Craigleith Station. From its inception in the late 1880s to its transformation into a museum, archive, and library. Through photographs, letters, journals, newspaper articles, and paintings join us in discovering how the small train station has changed over the decades to what it is today. Library Focus Group - Rural Communities

Join the BMPL team for their Community Consultation Focus Groups to help inform their next Strategic Plan. The theme for this focus group is Rural Communities. All are welcomed to bring their thoughts around this topic. This focus group will take place at Ravenna Hall at 628299 Grey County Road 119. Spots are limited. Registration is required for contact tracing and seat planning. Per Ministry Regulations, this event is a passport required activity. All participants must show a double vaccination or provide medical exemption. If you are not yet vaccinated and wish to participate, please contact LibraryCEO@TheBlueMountains.ca and an alternate virtual focus group will be established. Tween Advisory Group (TWAG)

Join the Tween Advisory Group (TWAG) and have your say on The Blue Mountains Public Library's programs and services to Tweens. Experience an interactive meeting where you'll have opportunities to share your thoughts and opinions, test new library programs, explore new maker and tech equipment, and develop skills. Make, Explore, and Lead with TWAG during an interactive tween-led group meeting. TWAG will be meeting monthly on the 4th Thursday at 7pm.
